The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act failed to secure Senate approval on Tuesday, primarily due to persistent disputes surrounding the ethics provision. Expectations for a regulatory framework conducive to cryptocurrency were undermined as the Senate vote did not yield any advancement. The market capitalisation of Made in America cryptocurrencies has seen a decrease of 4.3 percent overnight, currently at $313 billion, which accounts for 12.2 percent of the overall cryptocurrency market.

The cryptocurrency market is still apprehensive since financial markets are largely expecting a quarter-percentage rate hike by the Federal Reserve. However, with investors preparing for potential uncertainty regarding the FOMC decision, stablecoins have achieved a market capitalisation of $314 billion, accounting for 12.2 percent of the total cryptocurrency market. Only two of the top ten non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies are witnessing increases in overnight trading. Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency, is currently trading 0.8 percent lower on an overnight basis at $75,628.14. The leading cryptocurrency has seen a decrease of 4.6 percent in the last week and is still contending with year-to-date losses totalling 13.6 percent. Bitcoin experienced a fluctuation between $77,269 and $74,945 in the past 24 hours.

On Tuesday, Bitcoin Spot ETF products in the U.S. saw net outflows totalling $450 million, in stark contrast to the net inflows of $160 million observed on Monday. The Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund recorded net outflows totalling $215 million. iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF experienced outflows totalling $162 million. Bitcoin continues to hold the 13th position in the global ranking of all assets based on market capitalisation data. The leading cryptocurrency holds a rank situated between Broadcom, which is positioned at 12th, and Tesla, positioned at 14th. Ethereum is currently valued at $2,390.08, reflecting a decline of 1.9 percent. The leading alternate coin has seen a decrease of 4.8 percent over the past week. On Tuesday, Ethereum Spot ETF products in the U.S. saw net outflows of $142 million, a notable shift from the net inflows of $121 million that were observed on Monday. iShares Ethereum Trust ETF experienced net outflows amounting to $98 million. Ethereum has dropped one position to the 64th rank in the global asset hierarchy based on market capitalisation, as reported by companiesmarketcap.com. The fourth-ranked BNB experienced a decline of 1 percent overnight, leading to a price adjustment to $710.91. Fifth-ranked XRP, a cryptocurrency centred on payments, experienced a decline of 9.2 percent overnight and is presently valued at $1.27. The price of 7th ranked Solana decreased by 2.9 percent overnight, settling at $97.08.

On Tuesday, Solana Spot ETF products listed in the U.S. saw net inflows totalling $1 million. TRON, ranked 8th overall, is currently trading 0.8 percent lower at $0.3345. Zcash ascended to the 9th position overall, experiencing an overnight increase exceeding 11 percent. The cryptocurrency is currently trading at $1,246.78. The 10th ranked Hyperliquid is trading 0.80 percent higher on an overnight basis, at $78.55. On Tuesday, Hyperliquid Spot ETF products listed in the U.S. recorded net outflows totalling $4 million. Arbitrum, currently ranked 56th, has outperformed its peers in the top 100 cryptocurrencies, registering a significant increase of 16.2 percent overnight. The price surge occurs as Standard Chartered initiates coverage of the cryptocurrency, establishing a price target of $10 for 2030. Ranked 63rd, Pi is at the forefront of the recovery within the top 100 cryptocurrencies, despite having faced a decline of 13.5 percent overnight.
