Bitcoin Could Rebound to $94,000 as Selling Pressure Eases

If buyers can hold the $80,000 support level and the price closes above its 50-day exponential moving average, Bitcoin might go up to $94,000. The area between $79,000 and $81,000 seems to be a major accumulation zone, suggesting that Bitcoin might be forming a local bottom near $80,000. A prominent crypto analyst has predicted that the biggest cryptocurrency would recover from its recent loss and head back up toward $94,000 based on current market conditions. The recent drop in Bitcoin’s value from $88,000 to around $80,000 is just a market correction, according to Doctor Profit’s most recent market update. He doesn’t see it as the beginning of a new bear market. For bigger investors, the present price range is a crucial support level.

Bitcoin treasury businesses and spot ETF investors often pay between $80,000 and $81,500 for admission, according to the analysis. Investors may be less inclined to sell if prices remain near to their purchase levels, making the region important for market stability. The analyst also noted a slowdown in profit-taking and a return to spot buying around $80,000. These variables, he argues, point to less selling pressure. Although some short-term investors have continued to sell their Bitcoin holdings, he pointed out that long-term investors who bought the cryptocurrency between $60,000 and $70,000 have shown little interest in selling. The asset may be approaching a local bottom if strong demand, reduced selling activity, and continuing accumulation are all present. Additionally, he discovered that most retail traders appear to be rather negative about the present price levels.

But if sellers start to back off and buyers take control again, this pessimism might pave the way for a rebound. In the meantime, we are seeing a crypto fear and greed index of 54. According to the researcher, the indicator doesn’t reflect the fear felt by retail traders who have sold out during the current slump or are waiting for prices to improve. At the same time, experienced investors who bought assets when they were cheaper appear to be keeping their money. If the market is acting differently now, it might mean that the recent correction is coming to an end. If the market were to rebound from its current situation, Doctor Profit predicts that Bitcoin might reach $94,000. A positive signal, according to him, would be a daily closing above the 50-day exponential moving average.

In the same way, exchange traffic data is starting to show a gap between bigger holders and individual investors. According to Darkfost, another market analyst, Binance’s retail Bitcoin inflows hit a six-month high, jumping from $5.5 billion to $10.75 billion in just 30 days. Contrarily, there has been a decline in whale inflows. Deposits from large holders have dropped from $5.9 billion at the end of August to $3.8 billion, according to Darkfost. This suggests that whales are not really motivated to move their Bitcoin to exchanges in order to sell it.
