SentinelOne, an autonomous endpoint protection company, raised $ 120 million in Series D funding. Insight Partners led the round, and was joined by investors including Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, NextEquity, Third Point Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Data Collective (DCVC).

Biz2Credit Inc, a New York City and India-based online lender, raised $ 52 million in Series B funding. WestBridge Capital led the round.

Matillion, a U.K. and Denver-based provider of data transformation software for cloud data warehouses, raised $ 35 million in funding. Battery Ventures led the round, and was joined by investors including Sapphire Ventures and Scale Venture Partners.

Kukui Corporation, a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of digital marketing solution for the automotive aftermarket industry, raised $ 27 million in Series A funding from SSM Partners.

GuardKnox, an automotive cyber security company, raised $ 21 million in Series A funding. Fraser McCombs Capital led the round, and was joined by investors including Faurecia, SAIC Capital (Shanghai Automotive), Glory Ventures, NextLeap Ventures, VectoIQ, Plug and Play, Allied, Cyphertech, and Kardan LTD.

FormAssembly, an enterprise data collection platform, raised $ 10 million in Series A funding from Level Equity.

Liveoak Technologies, an Austin and New York City-based enterprise cloud company, has raised $ 8 million in funding. S3 Ventures led the round, and was joined by investors including Seven Peaks Ventures, Wild Basin Investments, State Farm Ventures, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures and Broadhaven Capital Partners.

Cien Inc, a Plano, Texas-based provider of AI-powered sales productivity solutions, has raised $ 3.5 million in funding. Investors include Elaia.

Sheltr, a San Francisco-based provider of home maintenance software, raised $ 3.2 million in funding. Investors include MetaProp, NYCA Partners and South Park Commons.

Medly Pharmacy, a New York-based digital pharmacy, raised Series A funding of an undisclosed amount. Greycroft led the round.
