This Might Be Warren Buffett’s Best Investment Ever

Berkshire Hathaway chairman Warren Buffett has listed his Laguna Beach home for $ 11 million. He bought the house for $ 150,000 in 1971, so stands to do pretty well from the investment.

The California property has six bedrooms over three levels and stretches to around 3,600 square feet, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Buffett mainly resides in Nebraska and said he had previously spent summers and Christmases at the beach house. Buffett also bought a neighboring property. “That became kind of the annex,” he said. He sold the second property in 2005.

The billionaire has used the original beach house to a lesser extent since the death of his first wife Susan.
