KUALA LUMPUR – Central bank of Malaysia interest rate decision – 1000 GMT.
SARAJEVO – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Vice President Philip Bennett visits Bosnia. ZAGREB – Croatia National Bank monetary policy meeting.
SEOUL – South Korea Finance Minister Yoo Il-ho will appear in parliament and answer lawmakers questions. MANILA – Philippines central bank governor Amando Tetangco to speak at the central bank’s luncheon for stakeholders – 0200 GMT. Bank officials will also attend the luncheon and awards ceremony.
SARAJEVO – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Bosnia to sign a 71 million euro infrastructure loan – 0730 GMT. Bosnia and Herzegovina Finance Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda and EBRD Vice President Philip Bennett will sign the loan deal.

WASHINGTON – International Monetary Fund’s head Christine Lagarde speaks at Center for Global Development in Washington on “Redoubling our Resolve for Global Development”.
BANGKOK – Bank of Thailand Governor Veerathai Santiprabhob speaks on financial stability – 0330 GMT. PRETORIA – South African central bank Deputy Governor Kuben Naidoo speaks at South Africa’s first ever Public Economics Winter School, where tax policy, industrial economic competitiveness and health reform and social security policy will come under the spotlight. Naidoo will speak about fiscal, monetary, and exchange rate policies affect industrial competitiveness – 0700 GMT.

SEOUL – Bank of Korea holds monetary policy meeting to announce interest rates – 0100 GMT.

ACCRA – Bank of Ghana announces rate decision – 1100 GMT.
PHNOM PENH – International Monetary Fund representative in Cambodia holds press conference about economy – 0600 GMT. The delegation will provide updated information on Cambodia’s economy.
